Richard Anthony "Dick" Kramer, 55, of Littleton, NC died Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.

Dick was a native of Decatur, IL, the son of Jug & Norma Kramer. He owned and operated Fish & Fur Sports on Lake Gaston and in Blackwood, NJ for many years. Dick was a great father and was loved by everyone.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sarah Kramer.

Dick is survived by his parents; his son, Shawn Kramer, of Littleton, NC; his loving companion, Terry Walters, of Roanoke Rapids, and her children, Ashley, Holly and Zack Walters, and her grandchild, Lathan Whitby; three brothers, John Kramer of Cambridge, MN, Jim Kramer of Decatur, IL, and Dan Kramer of St. Croix Falls, WI; and several nieces and nephews.

Askew Funeral & Cremation Services is handling the arrangements, where the family will receive friends on Friday, September 19, 2008 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and other times at 423 Washington St., Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 12:00 noon with Father Michael Butler officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Littleton, NC.
